As this is the scenario of our university’s auditorium before the event. I’m in the university writing this blog. During the event many people standing here and there and roaming for no purpose. And I was supposed to maintain the discipline, neither that was not my duty nor I was told to do it, though several people are hired for this purpose. In this environment the only thing which was needed to be fixed was the discipline and nothing else. And the mess which was created throughout the event.
Meanwhile I was trying to maintain the floor neat and clean so that it could look great. So yeah, during the whole event I was trying to get the people seated properly. After the event it’s us who wind up the things as were few times earlier.
It was really amazing task and found satisfaction doing it. So that’s how I’ve achieved the leadership goals effectively without having the authority.
