REFLECTION ON AMAL TOTKAY

When we hear the word TOTKAY, we just feel that, there is something about shortcuts or something like that, but It is completely not like that. Amal totkay are like the things which if you learn and understand, then you can face any resistance confidently and success will come to you automatically.

So let me introduce these “5 TOTKAY” which help us to develop a growth mindset are;

1-SELF TALK:

Self-talk is your internal dialogue. It’s influenced by your subconscious mind, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, questions, and ideas. Self talk is a way by which you can connect yourself. Self talk helps us realize what we are doing and what we should do. It can be positive or negative for example the negative self talk will be that I can’t get 3.5 C GPA in my BS hons.And the positive self talk will be like I am unique and I can be successful by using my abilities.

2-GETTING OUT OF OUR COMFORT ZONE:

Pushing your-self out of the comfort zone lead us to the zone of challenges where we think productively, innovatively and enhanced our skills. Comfort zone is the powerful factor behind failure. Stepping out of your comfort zone means you accept life is not a beautiful ride and you decide to get on the roller coaster, even if you don’t lay them.

3-CREATING NEW HABITS:

Train your brain to adopt new habits.

4-ASKING PEOPLE FOR HELP:

Sharing personal information and problems, demonstrates to others that we like them and want to develop the relationship. … People who are willing to share information are seen as more trusting, friendly, and warm.

5-FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT:

You can always take a deep breath, stand a little taller, or try on a smile. The more you fake it ’til you make it, the more natural it will begin to feel. And pretty soon, you’ll be happier, which means you won’t be faking it anymore.

These AMAL TOTAKY are really helpful to change Mindset.

I already have a habit of a totka by Amal i.e Ask people help. It sometimes let me in danger but I really enjoy the feedback from others. it works a lot for me. I change many of my habits and change myself by feedback. The thing which I use from this time, now,start to create new habbits and fake it till you make it. These are the superb tips for growing mindset.
